Find camaraderie with others across the globe who seek to be leaders of enriching lives for themselves and the communities they are a part of

We live in tense and trying times. As systems and structures fall around us, the landscape is disrupted and unsettled.

Now is the time for leadership that heals, regenerates and cultivates seeds of change. It’s not coming from corporate suites or political power brokers; rather from people who lead lives that make a difference for themselves and their communities. That meet the needs of the moment and guides us towards healthier days ahead. People who do good and well, who offer models of living and acting that others want to join with; who fill the void of the current lacking leadership.

The world calls for ethical leaders who not only embrace their potential and power, but also consciously channel it for the greater good. This potential lives within each of us—leadership is as much about who you are and how you show up as it is about what you do. Nature of Leadership training will empower you with psychological skills and strategies to effect change. With Ecopsychology and Psychological Biomimicry, you can transform your world inside and out.

This multi-module online program offers systemic maps and tools for effectively navigating the complex terrain of our inner and outer lives. You will learn to apply nature’s most important principles, qualities, and teachings—what we call “Psychological Biomimicry”—to create transformative impact. Not only for yourself, but also as a catalyst for the vital changes our planet and communities urgently need—changes current leaders have yet to address.
Nature of Leadership will give you principles and practices for problem solving, decision making, developing solutions and implementing actions. EPI’s training is committed to making this process tangible and meaningful, delivering practical frameworks for action and understanding. It will empower you to respond to the needs of present circumstances while creating changes for a more healthy, sustainable and revitalized future. You can do well for yourself and good for the world.

Hear what others say about Dennis’ Classes

In a world as unpredictable as the weather, Dennis creates a space for grounding, trust and innovation. His collaborative leadership approach is empowering to many of us who feel discouraged in our own roles as leaders. Drawing on the steadiness and adaptability of nature, Dennis has inspired and empowered me toward important growth as an individual and in my work as an educator and director, and has given me tools to continue this work for myself and for the people I reach amidst a changing environment. A harmonious and healthy world would have more people like Dennis in it. -Christina Spurling, Educator
“Dennis’ presentation received rave reviews. For me, the most important aspect of Dennis Kiley’s teaching is communicating the framework or worldview from which his healing message emanates. The term “paradigm shift” aptly describes Dennis’ work. Mr. Kiley is trumpeting the interconnectedness of all living things and Earth’s life systems. This new vision of the universe is the needed antidote to help us diverge from our current destructive planetary trajectory. I heartily recommend becoming acquainted with Dennis Kiley’s teachings.” -Tony Ferrara, Coordinator, Climate Convergence Conference
“I can’t tell you in words just how fulfilling I found the class. Was lucky to have found the Ecopsychology Initiative when I did. My career is still in its sapling stage, but it was so affirming to be among like-minded people: to be part of a community that ‘gets’ it.” -Corey Rowell
“I’ve been feeling led to offer something new in my private practice that is outside of traditional therapy. I researched at least 10 different programs and after reading about the Ecopsychology Initiative, I knew I found the right fit for me. I truly appreciate the authenticity that Dennis offers through his modules. His passion makes the program feel exciting to pursue. I look forward to learning more as I continue on my own healing journey as well as offering this amazing opportunity to my clients and community and showing them that nature knows the way.” -Victoria Alercia, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor
“I want to thank you one more time for your incredible courses. Both have been not only inspiring but also very enriching to be able to apply the principles to my work and myself. To say that I found THE way to connect my passion for nature with my psychology profession is not enough. I’ve changed my perspective regarding my clients and also myself (obviously in a better way). Thanks to Dennis and my classmates, I’ve learned about the relationship of us all with the planet, nature’s healing work, biomimicry, ecopsychological practices, etc. I benefited from sharing our thoughts on the lectures as well as personal stories and cases on the topic.” -Marina Pacini, Healthcare Psychologist, The Psychology Bureau

“Nature knows how to produce the greatest effects with the most limited means.” -Heinrich Heine
