1. Why Ecotherapy Training?
As a caring-professional, you are continually looking for ways to better support the wellbeing of those you work with. Increasing research, publicity and public interest are highlighting the benefits of nature for health. Evidence shows it positively impacts people mentally, emotionally, physically and relationally.
If you’re a therapist, educator, health-care professional or other healer, this training will enhance your ability to help others by integrating more of nature’s therapeutic power into your work.
This training benefits those that are new to nature therapy and those that already have an ecotherapy or forest bathing practice. The ideas, skills and approaches you will receive are both practical and advanced.
This training empowers you to integrate them into your work in ways that are comfortable and appropriate while still being highly impactful.
