Ecopsych Inspirations Series Launch Featuring Guest, Ann Carroll

Life on its own can be challenging enough, and with all we’re facing right now—political crisis, climate change, social stress, and just the day-to-day—it can weigh heavily on our hearts and spirits.

When I’ve felt most supported, it’s often been with ecopsychology—through experiences, practices, and teachings that ground me and help me move forward. That’s the feeling I want to bring to you each month.

I’m happy to share that we’re launching a new monthly online series, EcoPsych Inspirations—a 90-minute gathering where we come together to reconnect, reflect, and get inspired.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Heartfelt connection and community with others from across the globe who want to be together exploring change-driven applications of ecopsychology
  • Dynamic learning and supportive space to consciously engage the pressing issues of our time, rooted in the wisdom of nature and psychology
  • Timeless, ecopsychological principles, practices and insights you can easily bring into your life for practical understanding and meaningful action
  • Easy and accessible format: subjects change monthly, low cost, recordings included, no-pressure, ‘come-as-you-are’ when you want

Our guest for this inaugural session is Ann Carroll, a lifelong feminist, elder, writer, and spiritual teacher whose wisdom feels both grounding and deeply alive. Ann has led work on Jung and shadow, written on Taoism and James Joyce, and knew Joanna Macy personally. Every time she speaks, she brings truth, depth, and a sense of what’s possible even in hard times.

Ann’s style of teaching and facilitating is to share authentically from heart and spirit, to speak to truth courageously, and find the beauty and transformation in each moment. It’s in this vein that we’re titling the upcoming session, “Cracked Open with Grief,” drawing inspiration from people ranging from Joanna Macy to Bill Plotkin and Carl Jung, as well as Dennis and Ann’s personal experiences.

This 90-minute live session will include conversation, reflection, and community sharing. We hope you’ll find it both grounding and renewing. If you can’t attend live, no problem—registrants receive the full recording afterward.

We’ll be asking for a “pay what you can” contribution so we can keep this sustainable, and also keep scholarships open for those who need them.

I’m really looking forward to this new way of gathering together, and I hope you’ll join us.

As always, Nature knows the way.
